What can I expect at my first massage? Massages will vary based on your specific needs. Typical massages include the back, neck, back of legs, feet, front of legs, arms, hands, face and scalp. Gluts and stomach can also be included if you wish. After your massage, the therapist will exit the room and wait for you in the front. You should take your time getting dressed.
Should I competely undress?
What Should I Do During the Massage?

What is your cancellation policy?
We normally cannot accommodate walk-ins, unless there has been a last minute cancellation. We can, however, accommodate appointments with short-notice; please call us at 574-267-1720, stop by or visit our online schedule to make your appointment.
At your first appointment, you will meet your massage therapist and go over your health history. The therapist will want to know any specific problems you would like addressed. After you are done talking, the therapist will leave the room, you will undress to your level of comfort and lie down in between sheets on the massage table. After a few minutes, the therapist will knock on the door and begin your massage.
Most massage is typically performed with the client unclothed; however, it is entirely up to you what you want to wear. You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session.
During the massage, make yourself comfortable. The therapist will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if or when they need more or less pressure, another blanket, or anything else to make them more comfortable. If you have any questions regarding the session or about the particular technique you are receiving, feel free to ask your therapist.
The therapists mostly provide services in our office on Parker Street, but occasionally will travel to an event to provide chair massage. Please contact our office if you would like to hire one or more therapists for an off-site event.
You can pay with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or gift certificate.
Gratuity is not expected but is always appreciated. Most clients tip an average of 15%-20% on the price of massage. Gratuity may be in cash, or may be charged on the credit card.
When an appointment is made, we reserve a treatment room and a therapist for the exclusive use of our client. If the client does not arrive or if there is no sufficient notice so that we can make the room and therapist available, there is lost income for both the therapist and the business. For this reason, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
